Actor Rangayana Raghu to boost comedy punch in “My name is Annappa”

Sandalwood comedian actor Rangayana Raghu to boost comedy punch in Mayur R Shetty’s debut film My Name is Annappa.

“Rangayana Raghu will be playing a role of a music teacher, combination with Naveen D Padil, Umesh Mijar and Manjur Rai” says Rohan Shetty producer of the film.

Much awaiting Tulu film my name is Annappa’s shooting already in progress around Mangalore, Actor Rangayana Raghu will be joining next week for his part of shooting.

Having super Tulu comedians like Naveen D Padil, Umesh Mijar, Aravind Bolar, Sathish Bandale and Sai Krishna already in the film, Raghu’s entry made film stand stronger and there is no doubt film will entertain you throughout.

Rangayana Raghu has acted more than 200 sandalwood films and won many awards for his acting skills; He made his film debut in  1995 in film Suggi directed by Hamsalekha that eventually got shelved for some unknown reason. Raghu acted first sandalwood film which Is release on 1998 is “Bhoomi Thayiya Chochchala Maga” and noticeable performance in Kannada film “Duniya” made him win Karnataka State Award.
