Iconic history behind the birth of Tuluva daiva “Kallurti” is beautifully captured in the film.

Making of this movie begun in the year 2018 and release was delayed due to pandemic hit. ‘Phoenix Films’ banners film’s plot based on Tuluvas Daiva ‘Kallurti’. Mahendra Kumar himself crafted story and K Nagendra Devadiga penned lyrics for Hithen Hassan’s Music. Film has six songs which is already being appreciate by the Tulu audience.

Film ‘Karnikoda Kallurti’ was shot in 70 days of scheduled nearby places of Karkala, where origin of “Kallamma(Kallurti)” and her brother “Kallada”.
