5th of September is celebrated as Teachers’ Day all over the India every year. It is the birth anniversary of the Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, who was a great scholar and teacher. Renowned actor in Costalwood has a special place in his heart for his father, Telikeda Bolli Devdas Kapikad. Arjun says his father was his mentor who improved, guided and molded him to be a successful actor. Remarkable host, crazy radio jockey and an eminent actor Roopesh is a favourite face to many. He acknowledges that he would not be where he is today without the guidance of his father Thyampanna Shetty a well-known Yakshagana artist. Growing up he was encouraged by his Kubanoor School master Gopal Krishna who was very supportive and encouraged him to enter into activities like drama, mono acting and Yakshagana and sparkle lifelong love towards acting.
